Dr. Santosh Yadav is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Special Education at the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH), Mysore, Karnataka. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Special Education (Hearing Impairment), and dual postgraduate degrees in Hindi and English. He has further enriched his academic profile with multiple specialized qualifications, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Disability (PGPDID), an Advanced Certificate Course in Inclusive Education – Cross Disability (ACCIE-CD), a Diploma in Indian Sign Language Interpreting (Level-C), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (PGDIPR). He is presently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. He completed his Ph.D. in Special Education and has successfully qualified for the National Eligibility Test (NET), Gujarat State Eligibility Test (GSET), and Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (SET). His research contributions include the publication of numerous scholarly papers in reputed national and international journals and presentations at various prestigious conferences. He was conferred the Best Research Paper Award for his notable academic contributions in 2025. In addition to his research, he served as editorial team member, reviewer for several esteemed national and international journals, highlighting his academic rigor and subject-matter expertise.
