Structure
The AIISH Kuteera is located in a separate campus 1 km away from Clinic. It houses 31 double sharing rooms and three dormitories. Each double sharing room is provided with two cots (bedded cots), two chair and two Luggage racks, fan and tube lights, no attached wash room in the rooms.
Terms and Conditions
- In double sharing room, two patients share rooms with their caregivers
- The accommodation will be given only to patients.
- Client should visit Allotment Officer (MSSO) along with application and Adhar photocopy.
- No Advance Allotment will be made
- Accommodation can be given 01 to 04 days; however, for therapy purpose maximum 15 days can be given.
- Rs. 50/- per day per bed in dormitories and Rs. 200/- Per day per bed in Sharing rooms which can accommodate one patient and one caregiver.
- If any family with more than two members (including patient) then the excess number of persons will be accommodated in the dormitories.
- No recommendations for free accommodation or any discount are entertained.
- Once the patient pays the cash receipt amount it is non-refundable and non-extendable.
- Re-booking and accommodation should only be possible on completion of two months from the date of vacation of current accommodation.
- Allotment will be made during the working hours (From 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM) between Monday to Friday.

Right to Admission
The rights for admission for occupants into the AIISH Kuteera are reserved only for the patients who are availing treatment in AIISH. The Director reserves the right to give or withdraw permission for allotment of the facility to any or all persons with or without assigning any reasons thereof.
Staff
While the overall functioning of the AIISH Kuteera is coordinated by the Mr. Tapas, Hostel superintendent along with one receptionist and security staff.

Tariff
The following is the prevailing tariff for occupants per 24-hours cycle counted as a day. Each night’s stay is counted as equal for tariff collection for a day. However, more than 12-hours schedule of stay within even during a day is treated as one day and charged thereof.

The calculated tariff is collected in advance, receipted into the appropriate heads of account of the Institute, before the allotment of the rooms into the kuteera. Under any circumstances, no concession or rebate is permitted in the prevailing rates of tariff. Once the payment is done it can’t be refunded.
Protocol and Etiquette
The visitors are allotted rooms in the AIISH Kuteera under the assumption that the facility is being used with the best of civil intentions and hence responsible or decent conduct. Under no circumstances, the premises are to be used for uncivil conduct or activities that may bring down the reputation of government property. Defacing the property of the facility is prohibited. The facility, as is the whole Institute, prides in declaring itself as 'smoke free zone'. The users are always welcome to air their grievances or complaints in right earnest.
- Patients are not allowed to use their own locks in the room / Dormitories.
- They should not allow unauthorized persons to enter the premises.
- Smoking and alcohol Consumption is strictly prohibited.
- They should not dry Clothes on the veranda or balcony or any areas other then those specified for the purpose.
- No food is provided and cooking is not allowed.
- They should not keep and use any Electrical Heaters / Ebonite rods / Induction Cooker / Electrical Stove etc. in their rooms and Dormitories.
- They should not keep and use flammables for heating, cooking in the room or corridors.
- They should not keep valuables or heavy cash in their rooms. The institute will not be liable to compensate for any loos/damage to their personal belongings.
- They should not flush cigarette buds, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, other than toilet paper in the toilet.
- They should not light candles mosquito coils and cigars, in and around the premises.
- They should not waste water or electricity.
- They should not pluck the flowers and fruits from trees in the campus.
