Ms. Sindhusha Chandran is working as Assistant Professor in Speech Sciences at the Department of Speech-Language Sciences, AIISH, Mysuru. She is a member for coordinating the activities of Centre for Swallowing Disorders (CSDs) at Centre of Excellence, AIISH. She has 10 years of working experiences in the field including 5 years of teaching experiences of undergraduate students. Her areas of interest include articulation & phonology, speech physiology, speech sound disorders (SSDs) and dysphagia.

Received BEST PAPER AWARD for the paper titled “Computerized Assessment of Phonological Processes in Malayalam (CAPP-M)” presented at IEEE Global Humanitarian Technology - South Asia Satellite Conference held on 23-24 August, Thiruvananthapuram, India. The paper was orally presented at IEEE GHTC 2013 at Silicon Valley, California, USA on October 20-23, 2013. Rs. 1,00,000/- was granted from the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) for the best paper.
