Major Functions
- Maintenance of Service Book of all employees of AIISH, Mysore
- Processing of applications for Sanction of all kinds of leave
- Pay fixation & Increment related dealings
- Furnishing of LTC Particulars and making entry in the service book
- Permissions for studies (Regular), Study leave, conference, meeting, workshop, course, court, NOC for applying / renewal of passport, foreign visits, NOC &Forwarding of applications for various posts outside AIISH. Officiating arrangements, Office order for additional duties.
- Processing of pension proposals: assessment of qualifying service - average emoluments/emoluments - pension, gratuity, commutation, family pension calculation and nomination of DCRG and pension forms. Pension grievances.
- Correspondence with the panel advocate and to follow up the court cases related to establishment
- Conduct workshops for E karmayogi Implementation and Staff Development training programmes
- Sanction of all types of advances e.g. GPF, Computer advance, TA/LTC advance, medical expenses and and CEA.
